Over the past several years, NEWIRE recognizes the unique talents and accomplishments of selected NEWIRE members through Achievement Awards granted at an annual banquet held in April. This year, in honor of NEWIRE's 25th anniversary, NEWIRE will be celebrating its and its members accomplishments through out the year culminating in a celebratory event held in April. This committee will be monthly from October through May. Its member will be charged with idea generation and recommendations to the Board to honor and celebrate the past 25 years with an eye on the next 25. Most importantly, the committee will also be responsible for organizing the April celebration.
