Monthly Luncheon Programs Nationally prominent speakers address members each month on diverse and compelling issues impacting commercial real estate. Monthly luncheon meetings are free to members and open to the public. If you are not a NEWIRE member, but would like to attend a program, please contact the NEWIRE office.
Educational & Professional Development Seminars Open to the public, NEWIRE’s interactive educational sessions focus on real estate fundamentals and specialized topics. Recent seminars included “Housing for a Sustainable Economy,” “Executive Presence,” and “Boston’s Economic Outlook.”

Job Banks & Resume Posting Members have access to two job banks: NEWIRE’s own job bank and the CREW Network national job bank. Anyone may post a job opening in the NEWIRE job bank. Members may also post executive summaries of their resumes on the website (see CAREERS).
Special Events NEWIRE also hosts a number of additional networking activities each year, including a New Members Reception, a Women in Government reception honoring women at high levels of government, and an Achievement Awards Gala honoring the contributions NEWIRE members have made to the real estate industry. Other highlights include the Annual Golf Tournament and ongoing community outreach programs which support non-profit activity in the community, such as Take A Girl to Work Day. More intimate member-only networking events include Dine Arounds and Wine Tasting events.
Publications NEWIRE publishes a bi-monthly newsletter, NEWSWIRE, chronicling members and their work, as well as committee and event news. NEWIRE also produces an Annual Report at the end of each fiscal year.
Networking Groups NEWIRE has two networking groups for members with specialized interests: the Small Business & Entrepreneurial Exchange and the Affordable Housing Networking Group.	Membership Photo Directory The NEWIRE Directory lists more than 400 members and their fields of specialization.
	NEWIRE is a member organization of the CREW Network, automatically affiliating NEWIRE members with more than 5,000 senior women in commercial real estate nationwide. NEWIRE delegates are active in CREW governance and philanthropic activities, and NEWIRE members regularly attend CREW regional and national conventions (at reduced member rates), receive CREW newsletters, and have password access to up-to-date information on its membership as well as access to its job bank (by visiting the members-only section of the CREW website). Members also receive the CREW Network Directory, listing more than 5,000 commercial real estate professionals in 48 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
