Debi Greenberg represents the fourth generation of her family to own Louis (pronounced LOOeez) and she oversees all merchandise buying at what is one of the most influential clothing stores in the world. For the last 20 years until just a few weeks ago, the store was located in the historic New England Museum of National History building on Berkeley Street. The store is now in its “pop up” space at ONE Marina Park Drive while its permanent home is built next door on Fan Pier.
Joseph Fallon, President and CEO of The Fallon Company, oversees the development and investment operations of the company’s real estate portfolio, which includes some of the most premiere and desirable residential, hotel and commercial properties in urban areas throughout the country. Fallon is the visionary who has forged ahead with Fan Pier, a $2.5 billion mixed-use development that spans 21-acres (nine city blocks and three million square feet) on Boston’s Waterfront with office buildings, a five-star hotel, condominiums, a marina and new Harbor Walk planned. His commitment to Boston’s New Waterfront and the City is evident - as an owner and developer of the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel, a modern 790-room hotel adjoining the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center; Park Lane Seaport, a 465-unit luxury apartment and condominium retail complex; and developer of the new Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, an elegant 477-room hotel with an exceptional waterfront address.
