Mary Lentz of McCall & Almy was named CBA's Broker of the Year. Lentz, a principal at the Boston firm that only represents tenants, brokered the $280 million sale of Boston Properties' 250,000 SF building at 75 Ames St. in Cambridge for the buyer, the Broad Institute. Lentz has managed transactions on behalf of some of Boston's largest organizations, including Partners HealthCare, Brigham & Women's Hospital and Children's Hospital Boston.
