Time to Say Goodbye...
As another successful NEWiRE year draws to a close, the
Board of Directors says a bittersweet goodbye to the outgoing committee members
whose terms are ending in June:

Robin Davis
Robin
is Principal of Megansett Advisors and has been a member of NEWiRE since
2000. She is a long time member of
the Membership Committee and has co-chaired this committee for the past three
years. Robin also co-chairs
Communications and has been instrumental in enhancing NEWiRE’s website.

Jacquelynn Henke
Jackie is Vice President, Real Estate Green Strategy Officer
for TD Bank, N.A. and has been a NEWiRE Member since 2007. As co-chair of the
Program and Seminar Committee for the past three years, Jackie has helped to
ensure successful luncheon programs and educational seminars for our
members. For those who don’t know, Jackie got married this
April. Congratulations Jackie - we wish you much happiness!

Joan Parsons
Joan is a Senior Partner at the law firm of Riemer &
Braunstein LLP and has been a NEWiRE member since 2000. Joan served as NEWiRE’s
president in 2010-2011 and as immediate past president in 2011-2012. Joan’s
knowledge, ideas and strong leadership have been invaluable to the Board and
the membership.

Sophie Stein
Sophie is a Vice President & Commercial Counsel of the
national commercial division of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and
has been a member of NEWiRE since 1997. For the past three years, she has
chaired University Outreach, which organizes programs for students at area
colleges. Sophie has been an active and valued member of the Membership
Committee for many years.

As Robin, Jackie, Joan and Sophie pass their batons to the
incoming members of the Board of Directors, we would like to express our
sincere appreciation to these exceptional women for all their hard work and
dedication to NEWiRE and for helping make the organization what it is
today. We wish you success in your
careers and happiness in your personal lives and hope that you will stay
involved and connected to your NEWiRE family.
