Membership in New England Women in Real Estate (NEWiRE) provides exceptional opportunities to connect with over 400 professional women in commercial real estate in the New England area. As a chapter of CREW Network, our members have access to more than 8,000 members nationwide.
NEWiRE members are offered a variety of programs and events including high quality luncheon programs, tours, educational and professional development seminars, special receptions and social networking events. Some of our notable events include the Annual Achievement Awards Dinner, the Women In Government Reception and the Annual Networking Charity Golf Tournament. A member can join any one of our many Committees or Networking Groups to connect with other members who share similar interests and to work towards a common goal. NEWiRE welcomes new and qualified members at anytime throughout our program year, which runs from August 1st - July 31st. Full or Associate membership levels are based on years of experience.

FULL MEMBERSHIP
NEWiRE's Annual Membership Dues for this membership level cover the cost of all luncheon programs, membership dues to CREW, all events open to members, with payment at the member rate when a cost is associated, and administrative fees.
A candidate for full membership must:
• Have a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Attend one NEWiRE luncheon program within the past two (2) years.
• Be sponsored by two current NEWiRE members, at least one of whom shall complete the
Recommendation Form, as outlined on the application.
• Complete the Application Form and return it to the NEWiRE office

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
The Associate Membership is limited to applicants who have less than the three years of experience required for full membership and are working toward attaining the requisite experience. The Associate Membership will be no longer than three years from the date of the approval by NEWiRE. Once qualified for Full Membership, the Associate member will be eligible to apply for Full Membership for the following NEWiRE year. If the required three years of experience is not met, the Associate Membership will not be renewed.
NEWiRE's Annual Membership Dues for this membership level cover the cost of two (2) luncheon programs with payment at the non-member rate for other luncheons, all other events open to members with payment at the member rate when a cost is associated, membership dues to CREW and administrative fees.
A candidate for associate membership must:
• Have less than three years of experience in commercial real estate but actively working
toward attaining three years of experience.
• Attend one NEWiRE luncheon program within the past two (2) years.
• Be sponsored by two current NEWiRE members, at least one of whom shall complete the
Recommendation Form, as outlined on the application.
• Complete the Application Form and return it to the NEWiRE office
