Membership in New England Women in Real Estate (NEWiRE) offers numerous benefits. Membership offers you the ability to network with over 400 women in the New England area along with access to more than 5,000 women in commercial real estate nationwide, through CREW Network.
In addition, you have access to multiple networking events each month, including luncheon programs, educational and professional development seminar and special receptions, along with smaller social, networking events. Some of our special receptions include the Annual Achievement Awards Dinner, Women In Government Reception and our Annual Networking Charity Golf Tournament. As a member, you also have the ability to join one of our many Committee or Networking Groups, to meet and work with members in a smaller group, which is the best way to meet and network with other women with similar interest in this industry. Through our website, you are able to search for members, post questions on our forum and so much more.
NEWiRE welcomes new and qualified members at anytime throughout our program year, which runs from August 1st - July 31st. A candidate for membership must:
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Attend two NEWiRE luncheon programs within the past two (2) years.
- Be sponsored by two current NEWiRE members, at least one of whom shall complete the Recommendation form, as outlined on the application.
- Complete the application form and return it to the NEWiRE office.
NEWiRE's Annual Membership Dues cover the costs of luncheons programs, administration and membership dues to CREW Network.
